Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Caucasus ERP, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: hello@caucasuserp.com, +995 598 36 36 90. We process personal data in line with the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”.
What we collect through forms
When you use our contact, call-request, quote or support forms, we receive your name, phone number, email, company and your message (and attachments for support tickets). This information is sent to our Odoo CRM and Helpdesk, which is hosted by Odoo S.A.
We also record which page and campaign brought you to the form (for example UTM parameters) to understand which channels work.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers. We use Google Consent Mode v2: for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these tags stay off until you choose “Accept all”; for visitors elsewhere they run by default. You can switch them off at any time with “Essential only” via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; see the Cookie Policy for details.
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta. Messages you send there are processed under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How we use your data
We use your data only to answer your request, prepare proposals, provide support and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep request and customer data for as long as needed to handle the request and our business relationship, and as required by law. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the respective tools.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@caucasuserp.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
