Who we are
Caucasus ERP is an Odoo partner based in Tbilisi, Georgia, founded in 2026.
We implement Odoo, set up Georgian and CIS localization, migrate companies from 1C, build integrations, train teams and support them after go-live.
We work in Georgian, Russian and English with companies in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
How we work
The summit journey
Four base camps between today's spreadsheets and a live, localized Odoo.
- Base camp1–2 weeks
Discovery
Process workshops per department, a written scope and a fixed plan with priorities and risks.
- Camp II3–6 weeks
Configuration & localization
Odoo configured to your processes, with RS.ge, Georgian VAT, chart of accounts and banks wired in.
- Camp III2–4 weeks
Data migration & training
Balances, partners, products and stock migrated, then role-based training for every team.
- SummitOngoing
Go-live & support
Hyper-care through the first close, then a support and hosting agreement with clear response times.
